Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear.
  • Items received more than 30 days ago.
  • Items not purchased directly from ignitebento.com.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Request a Return

Please email support@ignitebento.com with:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Photos (if applicable) to support your claim.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.


Refund Policy 

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product is not in its original condition.
  • Parts or packaging are missing.
  • The return was received after the 30-day window (at our discretion).

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
  • Express or expedited delivery charges.
