Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Include your order number and any relevant details.
  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

TAKE NOTE: Incorrect Address 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours. We can update your address as long as the order has not yet been processed by our system. Once an order is processed, we are no longer able to make any changes to the shipping address. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect input cannot be refunded once shipped.
